Just before the holiday, we announced the close of renewal negotiations for Action Property Management for their 18,000 square foot headquarters location in Southern California. I included a letter of appreciation we received from them five years ago; below is a letter our Orange County office received last week. In a nutshell, nothing but great things…we love overdelivering to our clients. Success, especially in this industry, is built on relationships…and the value we place on the relationships with our clients shows up not only in our results but with the continued trust of our clients. We have also been selected to represent their leasehold interests in several other cities throughout California, including San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego, and the Inland Empire.
